Shipping policy

Please allow two weeks for delivery on all items unless otherwise specified on the website. I will try to keep you informed of any delays and contact you with a tracking number to let you know when your item is being dispatched.

Your goods will be sent via Royal mail 48hr Age Verification Service for UK orders. If the item cannot be delivered for any reason a card will be left informing you of redelivery or collection details.

International orders will be sent either UPS or Airsure postage depending on the weight and value of your item. EU customers please note that there will be extra import duties and handling costs when importing items from the UK into the EU. These very depending on the size and weight of the item but must be paid by the customer before the item can be recieved.

We would be very grateful if you could contact us when you receive your item so that we know that it has been received safely and has not been damaged in transit.
